We will confirm turn around timeframes with you as part of our consultation process, however as a guide, 20mm engineered stone bench-tops are generally installed 5-7 days after site measure and 40mm bench-tops are installed 7-10 days after site measure. 

The natural stone and porcelain lead times can vary depending on the complexity of the job and will be confirmed as part of your consultation process.

Yes, we offer a full service from supply, manufacture right through to installation.

To accept your quote, reply to our quote email confirming you wish to go ahead and we’ll send you an invoice for your deposit and site measure progress payment and book in a time for your site measure. On your site measure day, one of our templating team members will come to you to measure your project using our state of the art digital templating technology. From here, our skilled craftsmen will manufacture your job in our Nerang factory. We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your job and confirm your installation date and time. On install day, our team will carefully install your stone with care and expertise.

Installation time varies depending on the complexity of the job. We’ll confirm how long your installation should take when we book your installation day and time.

No, we do not remove or dispose of old benchtops. Any previous benchtops will need to be removed prior to installation.

In order to provide a quote we need to know the dimensions of the area you want your stone and the stone/s that you would like to use or are considering using. If you’re tossing up between a few different stone options, that’s ok; list the stones you’re considering and we’ll provide a quote for each one.

If you have drawings from your cabinet maker or builder you can upload these to our quote form or send them via email, along with your stone selections. If you don’t have any drawings, that’s ok, you can download one of our pdf templates and simply add your own measurements to the form.

We accept direct bank transfer.

The warranty of your stone will depend on your chosen stone and supplier. Most engineered stone suppliers have a 15 year warranty. The warranty for the stone is held with the stone supplier and can be registered through their website on-line portal after your benchtop installation. Inline with our QBCC requirements, we provide a 12 month warranty on installation only.

Natural stone, being a natural product that has inclusions and imperfections, does not carry a warranty from stone suppliers. Inline with our QBCC requirements, we provide a 12 month warranty on installation only.
