About the Project
Refined Stone Benchtops for Coastal Living
We were proud to be involved in Monterey Kirra Beach, a premium beachfront residential development by Marquee Development Partners, located on Musgrave Street in the sought-after coastal enclave of Kirra.
Designed for owner-occupiers seeking sophisticated coastal living, this boutique project offers a collection of large-format 3, 4, and 5-bedroom residences, each with expansive ocean views and a strong emphasis on quality materials.
Our Involvement
Bespoke Stonework Across Key Living Spaces
Constructed to the highest standards, Monterey showcases refined architectural detailing and a carefully curated interior palette that reflects the natural beauty of its surroundings.
Our stone masonry team was engaged to deliver bespoke stonework in the kitchen, butlers pantry, dry bars and laundries that enhanced both the visual and tactile experience of the key living spaces.

Stone Selection & Applications
The stone was supplied by YDL Stone, and our scope included
YDL Giusto Engineered Stone
selected for its refined pattern and soft, natural colouring, providing a durable yet elegant surface in the heart of each residence.
Brushed Aluminium Inlay Detailing
integrated into the kitchen island benches, adding a sophisticated metallic accent that complements the stonework and enhances the clean, contemporary lines of the kitchen design.
Working closely with the building team, we ensured precise execution of these elements to meet the high expectations of the project. The combination of natural-look stone and subtle metal detailing positioned the kitchen islands as a focal point of each home — achieving a perfect balance of luxury, durability, and modern coastal elegance.
